Good morning, I have added videos to a few of my new listings and for some reason they aren’t visible when I look at the finished listing.. The videos are visible in the editing area of the listing, I hope this makes sense.. Thanks for any info.
I am also experiencing the same issue on my iPhone. I’ve noticed it’s been like this for about a week. A little frustrating since it’s affecting how buyers see our listings.
OK, mea culpa. I followed the advice of the tech dept. and cleared my iMac cache, shut down the machine and when I rebooted the videos are back in the listings. Don't know why it happened, but it did work. Hopefully this helps someone else.
Did you make any changes to the listing after clearing your cache or simply clearing and rebooting did thet trick?
If it's the latter, presumably others could see the videos the entire time. I'm currently experiencing the same issue, but ultimately if potential buyers see the videos and I don't it's not that big of a deal.
Yes same thing happening to me too! I can view my videos on etsy.com as a seller. But when I view my page as a buyer or my listings on a search, the videos aren't there.
I just spoke to customer service and listings are no longer going to be marked as having video. For all of your hard work in making and editing videos, Etsy is rewarding us by taking away the video mark on your listings.
