Video size

I was able to upload my video from my iPhone 15 but it doesn’t fill in the entire space and is surrounded by black on both sides.  I  was able to do it on my very first Etsy listing two years ago, but I can’t figure it out now.  I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this!

Thank you!  The video resolution and the aspect ratio is helpful.  What program to use to do the editing?
