2 people today couldn’t check out

I’ve had 2 different people today contact me because they couldn’t check out.  The first one told her to check her address and couldn’t get out of that loop.  The second one said she kept getting kicked out.  The second one finally was able to complete her purchase.

Is there a technical issue I don’t know about going on?

I have had some sells today but a customer just reached out and she is Having the same issues with multiple shops including mine. This is concerning.
