Hi, I'm trying to upload a video, it fits within the parameters of being under 100MB and within 5-15 seconds long.
I don't receive any error messages. It simply loads to 99% and then instead of previewing the video, it keeps resetting, allowing me to upload the video again.
I've tried to upload on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, but it's the same throughout all browsers.
Can someone please advise? Thank you
What file format and codec?

You need to be using H.264, it is the video equivalent of sRGB for photos.
Make sure you are not using Apple's default HEVC with the H.265 codec. I don't have any Apple thingy to check but the internet says: settings > camera > Formats > choose "Most Compatible", not the default "High Efficiency"

First I was able to upload videos, but now cannot even upload a 1 second video.
Hi Lawrence, thank you for your response! The File format is Mp4. Not too sure what what Codec is?
I get the videos from Placeit
If it is mp4 it should be good to go, but this is Etsy.
Have you tried loading into a video editor?
You can check the file details and if necessary re-export as a new version with known settings.

1080p, 30fps
Lawrence
was having these same issues with Etsy video upload (my camera is producing 1920x1080 59.94FPS MOV files). Even after trimming the video length to <15s it refused to upload the video (new interface says nothing at all; old interface says it's the wrong format, even tho the format list includes MOV files).
i believe this is the key as mentioned above: "Make sure the resolution setting is set to 1080p HD at 30 frames per second (FPS)". after using M$'s Clipchamp to convert the video to 1080p MP4 Etsy accepted the video without issue.
