Urgent problem - bug on the Star Seller report

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

There is a bug on the Star Seller report...

- 7 orders missing processing time (but I have processing time on each shipping profile and with each listing and it was shipped on time)

Exemple:

Shipped on time?    Tracking/label date     Ship by     Order placed    Had processing time?

            no                             Jan 9, 24                                     Jan 5, 24                     no


There is a tracking number so  it's a proof that I shipped but for "ship on time" the report write "no" and "ship by" it write "-" (and I shipped on time)
Where is the problem or the bug??

- 1 order missing tracking info (but the order wasn't shipped... -> status in progress)
What  I can do?? I will lose my Star Seller badge...

@YoelKoskasFineArt: The bug is with Etsy's back end, not the Star Seller report, and has been reported many times in this forum. For some reason, certain orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...

I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.

"Thank you for your help!! " Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Definitely on Etsy's end.  YOU CAN'T PUBLISH A LISTING WITHOUT THE PROCESSING TIME.

THE SYSTEM SIMPLY WON'T LET YOU DO IT!!!
