Hallo, ich habe einen Artikel in die USA verkauft. Die Versandkosten von 10€ wurden aber nicht verrechnet? Hat jemand eine Idee?

Your items are showing the same cost for shipping to the United States as they do for shipping within Europe.

Check you shipping profiles. Also check your financial section of your dashboard, everything is itemised there.

That is because you  have free shipping. The customer does not pay for it, you do.

It is not showing free shipping when I add the items to dispatch to Europe or the United States

I'm also seeing free shipping on everything except the silk bed linen (because it doesn't ship to the US).

@UniqueGiftOrnaments might well be, I am seeing 8 euros shipping on one listing. 

When in the basket it is automatically dispatched to my address in the Netherlands which is showing 8 euros delivery, when I change the delivery to a postcode in the United States, it is also showing 8 euros delivery.

On other listings it is 9 euros or 10 euros both for Europe and the United States

Just checked the other listings for delivery to Europe & the United States, It is showing delivery costs on all of them

How is it possible for those in the United States to see "free delivery"?

The FSG is for items over $35 to USA

so you have to be set to USA, AND $ to see it

if you look in a different currency, you don't see/get free shipping.

....

It does annoy me, as I buy for friends in USA and buy from USA shops, and send directly, and only get the FSG if I pay in $, but then I have to pay conversion fees etc, so I avoid USA FSG shops like the plague. .... as I know the shipping is included, so have to either pay it again, or pay conversion fees on top.

Ich habe die Lösung von Etsy erhalten:

Versand in die USA ist ab 35 USD kostenlos voreingestellt. Man kann das im < Shop Manager bei <Einstellungen <Versandeinstellungen ändern.

"Garantiert kostenlosen Versand in die USA deaktivieren"

All of your listings are over $35.00 USD. If you wish to charge for shipping costs to the USA you should check your settings.
