Hello,
I have received the message titled "Verify your seller info to get paid for your sales" from Etsy support via email on Jan. 28, 2025.
I opened my shop in 2014, but I have never received the above message. I am very bewildered because of the sudden notice and the Vacation Mode. I have uploaded driver's licence immediately.
In Legal and tax information, "Your document has been submitted for review." is displayed, and my shop is vacation mode.
Although the above situation, the same message from Etsy came to me again on Jan. 31. And that new 2 orders were accepted in the same day.
I went to Etsy Help Center to inquire about this problem, but the contact form wasn't opened. How can I contact Etsy about this?
