I found the link once to send them a help request, but now i cant figure out how in the hell i did it. They make this so difficult I swear.
@TheEclecticMeg through your shop manager dashboard > contact us ... OR at the top of the Forums click "Help" > Help Center, go to the bottom and click Contact us.
