Does anyone have an email from Etsy support that they respond to? I've tried several requests with no response. My store was put on vacation mode for identity validation, after 4 days I received the email confirming the identity and my store returned to normal, after the first sale it was put back on vacation mode and is asking for validation again. This is desperate.
Same here. My Etsy Payments has been unavailable since my ID was verified. I contacted Payoneer, and they confirmed my account is in good standing and the Etsy shop link is active. Again FORCED VOCATION MODE, no response from Etsy support. Feels like an endless nightmare. Really hope technical support can look into this glitch and resolve it soon.
