Verifying Business Documents - taking a very long time

I have been a seller for a while now and recently started adding documents about my company as business started to go better! But since 2 weeks Etsy can't approve my documents related to the company and it's bad for me because compared to the previous months, I lost about 1-5 sales per day!

I recently wrote an e-mail to Etsy and they don't answer me there either!

We are losing money daily (and so it Esty) and need to get this resolved ASAP. Anyone have any ideas on how?

"Etsy - keep commerce human" - what a joke..... no way to contact anyone....

2 weeks isn't very long

If you logged an e-mail ticket, go to - help - contact us, top right is your avitar

if you click on that, and - my support requests,

you can add to that call log you are still waiting and need help

do it once a day.

Do not open a new ticket, as the old one is closed, an the new one is put to the bottom of the queue

....

whilst you are waiting, remove all Taylor swift related items, they are ip infringing and can get your shop shut for good.
