Hoping someone can help: 

my wife set my shop up 2 years ago and when filling it out she entered her details, thinking nothing of it as she assumed it was just to make the shop. Etsy have asked is for ID in October and at the time it let you amend your full legal name so I changed it from my wife’s to mine and submitted my ID ( passport) the passport was approved and verified but the full legal name just sits at pending and has for 3 months. I’ve contacted “Etsy support” multiple times about it and all I get is a generic premade standardized response, when I reply to they I never hear anything from the person again, so then I have to make a new request and the same right happens again. I was told at one point it was referred to the in house team who deal with this area and again I never heard anything. I can’t even get the call option to come up on Etsy support now, whatever time of day I try it only gives the email option. 
im hoping someone can help as I’ve been trying to get this sorted for 3 months now and I’ve tried my ID my wife’s ID and everytime they will verify yet the legal name is still sitting as pending like it was 3 months ago and there is no way online to alter, cancel this etc….

You attempted to transfer the shop to another person. That is not possible. You will have to contact Etsy support from your dashboard
