Error Messages when Requesting a Call Back from Etsy Support. Ive been trying for over a week to get a call back on a shipping issue. I get the drop-down red box with Hummm.... something went wrong refresh this page and try again.

Have found chat to be exceedingly helpful>perhaps it depends on the issue/problem.
I have been having the same issue. I was able to utilize chat once to try to resolve the issue and was told that I would receive and email back, which I have not received. Now chat isn’t working.
@BuffaloGalVintage I just think there are too many glitches overall. Earlier there was a Thread where Sellers couldn't get into their Shops. Then you have the many Shops being put on forced Vacation, several being ignored by Support (at least that's what it appears is happening). Then when they seek help in the Forum, they get shut down.

Did you try a different browser just in case that was the issue?
Are you going through the maze of options to request a call back & always selecting the same "problem"? I wonder if the "glitch" persists with just that one option? I know months back sellers had issues & got a weird error code when trying the call back. But selecting a different issue in the help center seemed to work. Support can always transfer your call.... and if you keep having this error, as a final resort, maybe try selecting the help option as a BUYER instead of a seller? They can transfer your call to seller support.
Thank you for the good direction. I have selected different options and no, it continues. I'll try the buyer again and see. If I use a different browser, Ive been locked out of my shop and Etsy thought I was being hacked. They shut me down and it was a mini nightmare.

@BuffaloGalVintage Did you try clearing your browser cache & cookies too? I'm not sure if that will do anything if it's an actual tech issue on Etsy's end. But it can sometimes help with glitches. It would sign you out of Etsy.

Yup Same problem here. Call me just gives Error Please refresh this page and try again. Happening all day. Multiple browsers, cleared cache cookies, logout and login. Etsy just does not want to support us as sellers anymore. And yes chat support has proven completely worthless for me for over a year - They are just not properly trained on the system and/or do not read English very well. It is just sad to see Etsy failing because it once was my best selling platform I now make all my money on ebay and Amazon. Just sad to see.
