Back in November Etsy asked for verification documents. Even though all info was up to date and accurate, I resubmitted. Etsy did not verify. Then in December Etsy put me in vacation mode for failing to update. I opened an appeal and resubmitted all documents for a second and third time. Again, nothing verified from Etsy. It’s been over 8 weeks. How do I get Etsy to correct the problem???

@GravelRoadHome  I'm sorry this is happening to you as well. It may be due to Verification needed for the INFORM Act, in which case, Etsy should SAY SO. And honestly, they are doing things bass ackward, first putting Shops on Vacation, then taking forever (in a lot of cases) to get back with the Seller. I've seen some Sellers state they can't even Submit the required documentation (Submit button greyed out). It's a poor way to run things. When there are things Shop related (and certainly dealing with financials and sensitive information), you need 24 Hr. Knowledgeable Human Support. 

In your Shop Manager (Left Column) > Help > Contact. Go thru the various menus and see if you can get a call back.

Oh no, this really scares me. I've been on Etsy since 09 and they put me on vacation mode this morning.

This happened to me this morning too right after getting an order. Been here since 2008 with 4000+sales. Was able to submit my id and got a keep an eye on your email response on the web. Mentioned to my sister and she was wondering if it was because of an expired drivers license. My new id was issued in May 24, so it's new but why did it pop up today and not 7 months ago if that was the problem?
