I can not fix a problem related with my VAT number. I have a yellow banner on my shop manager saying that my VAT number does not match the VIES data base. This is not true because my VAT numer is correct and I can confirm it myself through the EU Vies database.
I have send almost 20 mail to etsy support and I have attached all sort of documents (from screenshots to my local authorities documents confirming my VAT number) and all the responses are telling me the same. I have also tryied to submit again all my SSN and my Taxpayer ID but nothing changes.
I really want to know how to solve this, because my VAT is correct and I do not know why is it being so hard to solve this.
