Variation photo linking completely dissapeared?

I recently noticed, while relisting a listing, that photo variations had not just been unlinked but completely disappeared. There's no option to do it anymore. Now I have a repeat customer asking me to send photos to explain which variation is which and she only replies once a day so this potential transaction is going to take 2-3 days whereas previously, the photos would have done all the explaining for me.

I'm a bit flummoxed, I always thought this was a good feature and now it's just... gone. I've googled to see if other people had this problem and I've only seen complaints about variation photos becoming unlinked whereas, to be absolutely clear, I'm dealing with a whole feature that's vanished.

I'm UK Based.

@MissKitschUK: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

Sorry for the very late reply I'm still new to the forums and didn't get the alert. This is desktop browser but also checked the app and there's no option to do it there either.

You need to click on the little pencil to add your photos back in.
