Take one email and reply back that you still need help. Only one email should be used.
As to the reasons, Etsy probably needed ID as well as bank verification. Bank verification requires a small deposit which you then place in the appropriate area in the shop payment account bank area. If you did the deposit but if failed Etsy may have sent you a request for a bank statement which must contain address and form of name used.
Forms of name used in various areas must match exactly. You cannot be Jim one place and James in another,
Etsy may also require any tax information.
Not sure what you were selling but make sure it does not conflict with any of Etsy's policies on wellness and health.
