Etsy having issues? Customer couldn't answer message

My customer has been trying to contact me through Etsy, but they keep receiving "Etsy but it keeps telling me it’s not my receipt." Please check into this issue. I'm also noticing that my shop is completely dead! There are very few messages and no sales for two days. This is NOT normal. I sell wedding items, and this is my peak season!  

Also my message response for Star Seller is off. I should have gotten a star. I'm at the 95% star rating.

Is that 95% the current rating (May) or for the last 3 months, Feb-April?

It may be that some of your images (with reverse search) are found in other places? I saw the happy birthday one with the 2 little girls what seems to be a popular clothing pattern company. Then you have the famous mouse company name on another, and a the name of a famous horror character. Maybe some of your listings are ranking lower for that reason which could be the reason for low sales in the last few days? 

As far as the messages, perhaps contact Etsy support.

What are you talking about? The two little girls are retro image girls who are not a popular clothing pattern company. As for the famous horror character, I have no idea what you're talking about???

The luggage tags are not copyrighted, and the font used is not of the mouse. Simply using the word "Disney" or a stylized version of the letters in a different font is not automatically copyright infringement.

Please refrain from claiming that my shop is violating copyright law in any way. I have been in this business since 2014 and ensure that I remain compliant with copyright regulations.

LOL, oh, I found it. In my address labels, I used the name Michael Meyers!!! OMG. Do you know how many people have that name? It has a black cat next to it and is NOT referring to the movie Halloween in any way. I think you need to learn about copyright laws and how they work. That wouldn't lower my views.
