Vacation mode twice in 10 days on Fridays

My store placed into vacation mode twice in 10 days on Fridays.

There are no instructions and no emails, the store is just closed without explanation. And I have been unable to receive my money from sales for the second week now.

I didn't break any rules I just changed mu profile photo, don't even know the reason. I've been on Etsy for almost 7 years and this is the first time something like this has happened.

 

I have always strictly adhered to Etsy’s guidelines and policies, ensuring full compliance. However, I have not received any specific details regarding the reason for my suspension, which has left me genuinely confused. I would greatly appreciate any clarification on this matter.

I kindly request your attention to my appeal. I am fully committed to resolving any issues and taking any necessary corrective actions.
