My store placed into vacation mode twice in 10 days on Fridays.
There are no instructions and no emails, the store is just closed without explanation. And I have been unable to receive my money from sales for the second week now.
I didn't break any rules I just changed mu profile photo, don't even know the reason. I've been on Etsy for almost 7 years and this is the first time something like this has happened.
I have always strictly adhered to Etsy’s guidelines and policies, ensuring full compliance. However, I have not received any specific details regarding the reason for my suspension, which has left me genuinely confused. I would greatly appreciate any clarification on this matter.
