I did all the verification that was asked but my shop is already out of order for 3 weeks now. Support emails are not answered.... How can I fix it?

You verified your bank? The one or two deposits to your account were entered into the bank area of the shop payment account? Does the ID say verified?
Other sellers have been experiencing delays. If you have an email from Etsy reply back that you still need help and want an update.
Oh all forms of name need to match, The bank account has to have the legal form of your name.
