Digital download issue?

I've had 3 orders for digital items over the last 3 days where customers have been unable to download the item - they say the link isn't working.

I've told them this isn't something they can do on the Etsy app, but they have confimred that they have tried on their desktop computer with no success.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I've had 3 sales on digital patterns and all were downloaded successfully. Suggest they use a different browser.

Yes I am. Exactly the same. Etsy are taking the money and charging fees and their Help seems to have gone offline?! It's appalling service MOre than frustrating to say the least and seriously disappointing. Where is their online help gone? No answers. No acknowledgement or anything
