My shop is on involuntary vacation mode right after our first order. We already shipped the order and it was delivered on time. Please help.
@PotiriGlass : This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here). Have you checked your eMail for messages from Etsy which might explain why they have put your store on vacation mode? Usually this happens after the first sale because some piece of information they need / want is missing.
Were your elephants drug paraphernalia? If so, that may also be a reason because it is not allowed on Etsy.

Check your messages from Etsy. It happens sometimes when they need you id (even if you already gave Etsy).
Your one sale appears to be a set of "pipes". Etsy does not allow smoking paraphernalia, nor drug paraphernalia. This could be the reason, but you really need to log a help desk ticket under Community and Help on the Dashboard menu. Once you do you will receive an automated response with links to Help files that may provide the answer you need. Be sure to REPLY TO THAT MESSAGE and say "I still need help" so that Etsy knows the auto-response did not provide the answer you seek. If you don't reply they will assume you no longer need assistance and close the ticket. Do not log additional help tickets, always keep replying through the original one, as this will help prioritise your issue. If you send a second ticket it will be treated as a new issue and will go to the end of the line.
