Vacation Mode and Etsy Won't Verify My ID

My account is a business account and has been put on vacation mode because I need to upload my id verifying my last name. I have uploaded my id about 12 times and nothing is happening. 

When I log into my account, I see the message:
"We'll look it over and be in touch soon (usually within 2-5 business days). We may reach out if we need more details. Your shop will stay on Vacation mode until we can verify your info." I was also a star seller and that has been taken off now. 

It has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive any response other than please upload your id. How have other people gotten this issue fixed? Thank you!
