Seller from Italy here.
I’d like to know if there is any italian seller in the same situation or if there is any EU selle having the same issue.
I’m having issues with 2 Etsy deposits, none have reached my bank account.
For both I got the regular Etsy mail saying my money was sent.
The first one was requested by me on Feb 06, the second one is an automatic weekly deposit dated Feb 10.
My account bank info and credit card are ok.
I sell on Etsy since 2011, never experienced something similar before. Usually Etsy deposits reach my bank account the same day.
I got in touch with Etsy help and my bank.
Etsy help suggested to ask my bank to track the deposits, my bank ask for the transaction reference number (TRN) for each deposit.
I requested to Etsy this information, which they are not able to find and they just told me to wait 3-5 days for each deposit to show up and then get back to them.
I got back to my bank saying Etsy had no access to the TRN information. Obviously without this number my bank can’t track or look for my deposits.
This shop is my main source of income, I’m really worried if I ever will see my money. The first person I talked to Etsy help told me there will be necessary to wait 90 working days once the deposits don’t show and only making request with a document signed by my bank where it declares never got the deposits, my bank asked for the TRN again since they can’t throw such a signed affirmation if they don’t track these deposits.
Never had bad experiences on Etsy, this time I may say I don’t feel very confident about how this issue is evolving.
At the moment I’ve deactived all my physical listings, canceled and refunded a couple of orders I can’t complete.

Ciao cara, io gli ultimi tre. E assolutamente nella tua stessa identica situazione. Ho inviato loro la prova di titolarità del mio conto tramite email e anche la lista di "incoming deposits" da parte di etsy degli ultimi 90 giorni, ma non penso che servirà a nulla.
Stanno dicendo che i bonifici di lunedì hanno avuto dei ritardi perchè pare che etsy abbia cambiato la società che gli gestisce questi pagamenti. Speriamo di ricevere i nostri soldi. Altrimenti toccherà mettersi con qualcuno e fare una specie di mini class action.
