Help! The box for entering 'core details' appears to be frozen, showing just half of it.

I've been trying for days now to upload new items to my shop.  I can enter all descriptions and photos but the box for 'core details' appears to be frozen, it is only showing a small part of the box and is therefore making it impossible for me to complete the action and upload.  I've emailed Etsy but received totally unsatisfactory replies which ignore what I've said the problem is and have not given me any answers to my problem.  I'm doing this on laptop not through the app.

I thought the same thing but when I scrolled down the rest of the box was there.

Believe me, I've tried about 50 times and it won't show any further than 'physical item'.

The core details box opens up additional choices based on what you enter first. Then each time you select something you may see other choices. But as CoastalGlamour pointed out, you have to scroll down in that box to see them.

Thanks but that isn't happening, I've clicked on 'physical item' but it won't let me go any further

Thanks for this constructive response, someone else suggested this and I have now done that as an interim measure.

My page is doing the same thing, I can’t make anymore listings

Will it let you finish the listing and publish with the limited core info?  If so, do it, then edit.  This is how I get around it.

I’m having the exact same problem as you and I’ve done the same thing. Tried it many times it is definitely frozen. I sent an email to Etsy, but haven’t heard anything yet. I see the workaround that someone suggested in this thread. I will try that
