VAT invoice not showing for 2 days now.

VAT invoice for June is not showing in my account. I need to send this to my accountant tomorrow yet there is no document available to download. Tried etsy chat but they couldn't understand what I wanted and told me to restart my computer.... 

"VAT invoices will be available on the first of each month for the previous month’s statement.

You can access your VAT invoice in your Payment account. Once there, click on the month to get an invoice for that period. The download link will appear above the breakdown of your activity for the month."

Same here in Spain and its been already 5 days, hope they´ll fix it asap as we all need to file our taxes in the next few days!

I downloaded the CSV for June and added that if the accountant or the taxman has any comments on this I will tell them "well you try and get an answer out of Etsy!" 

Can't get blood out of a stone and not going to spend weeks trying

Accounts need to be in on time, Etsy is a small part of this but certainly will not be the cause for submitting accounts late.

I got the same exact reply from another person. Etsy customer service really are just bots that say a lot without saying anything...

I have sent a complaint yesterday demanding my charges for the month of June to be refunded. My deadline to submit the statement document for June expenses was yesterday so I have lost a lot of money because of the platform isn't working as it's legally supposed to.

@SandraArteagA   That's exactly the same canned reply I got, except "we prioritize issues based on the impact of the marketplace" is what was in the reply I received.

Etsy couldn't give two hoots about sellers, only their bottom line.

And again, my reply is nesting in the incorrect place, what is wrong with this forum, time and time again this is happening this week.

The missing June VAT has only affected European sellers, we aren't a priority for them. We only receive automated responses, any solution, it's illegal, but our problems have no impact on Etsy market. I doubt they'll fix it this month... and who knows if it's fixed for the next. Sorry for my bad english

I finally see a vat statement in my Etsy account but when I open it it is empty. So it is still no statement (Germany)
