VAT invoice not showing for 2 days now.

VAT invoice for June is not showing in my account. I need to send this to my accountant tomorrow yet there is no document available to download. Tried etsy chat but they couldn't understand what I wanted and told me to restart my computer.... 

"VAT invoices will be available on the first of each month for the previous month’s statement.

You can access your VAT invoice in your Payment account. Once there, click on the month to get an invoice for that period. The download link will appear above the breakdown of your activity for the month."

The download link is not there and Etsy has been made aware of this during the past couple of days, not sure if they are fixing it but we all need to do our quarterly accounts so sure hope they do

same thing here, I have to send it to my accountant to close the accounting for the month (and the quarter!) and there is no way to download the document. There is also no way to contact Etsy's help desk.

I am from Greece and have the same problem. If I don't file the VAT report by the 10th of the month I am facing 100 euro fine

June VAT Statement missing: I just chatted with Etsy help and they say there is a technical problem, they are working on it and they will solve it as soon as possible, I hope so!

Does Etsy not know that accountants go into a total meltdown when paperwork is not complete and correct?

I have contacted Etsy four times and they aren't able to say when it will be solved, this is very serious, Etsy don't have any respect for us, the small vendors that feed them, isn't at all a priority issue to solve for Etsy, what a shame. Sorry for my bad english.

I have submitted my books to the accountant, can't wait on Etsy forever.

Informed him that the Etsy VAT statement for June is missing and do not have the time to keep chasing Etsy for it. I think I prevented him having a melt down but what else could I do? could be days or could be months before they fix it, I certainly will not leave it long enough to receive a fine for handing in my quarterly accounts late.
