This is a very urgent matter. A client has told me that he has placed an order with me, but it doesn't show that he has placed it and I have received an email supposedly from Etsy asking me to make a payment. Is this normal? This is my first sale and I don't know how this works. It is urgent because if he is a real client I would like to give him good service. Thank you very much.
