Problem Changing the Name of Shop Owner

Dear Etsy-Team, I have a problem changing my legal name. I renewed my passport and the passport office change the spelling of my (arabic) last name. I uploaded a new passport copy to Etsy to prove that change, but Etsy says it couldn't "verify" the information. The same is for changing the name in the bank account. It is not possible. 

I've tried to contact Etsy via support chat/phone but both ways are not working. The support form won't let me send my text ("send"-Button is not working. Tried it with different browsers!). The phone link to get a call back doesn't work either. I selected the country code (+49) but the maximum permitted number of digits for the telephone number does not fit in the field. So I cannot request a call back.

I kindly ask you to escalate my issue to somebody who can tell me the next steps. Why is my government issued ID not able to verify?
