I am writing this message from my old shop's account as I currently don't have access to my shop, FollowMeFS. My shop's account has been hacked, and I currently have no access to the associated email and the two-step verification phone.
For the past month, I have been tirelessly trying to regain access to my account. I have attempted to contact the Etsy Support Center multiple times, but unfortunately, I have only received automated responses. Despite my best efforts to prove my identity and ownership the shop, I have not made any progress.
The consequences of this situation are severe and heartbreaking. Without access to my shop manager panel, I am unable to issue refunds, settle payments owed to Etsy, communicate with my customers, etc. As a direct result, I have already been forced to let go of half of my team, as we cannot receive any new orders. I am crushed by this fact, as the well-being of my team is of utmost importance to me.
Moreover, my account has been suspended by Etsy most probably due to outstanding payments, which is adding further to the urgency of this matter.
I am reaching out to request your assistance in escalating my case for review. I am at a loss for how to proceed, and my business is suffering immensely. I kindly ask for your guidance on the steps I can take to regain access to my shop and resume normal operations.

I am so sorry this has happened to you. When you have received an email form etsy support, have you responded with "I need more help" as they send the standard copy and past messages and right at the bottom it will say if you still need help respond. Start one message to etsy, and don't create any more support tickets--just keep responding to one singular message train.

My shop is inactive right now. But recently getting emails like "Hello, I came across your etsy shop and I'm interested in acquiring the account. Let's discuss further at your convenience."
I think it is a hacker. Did this happen to anybody?
Yes. I have read in Forums of this happening a lot recently.
3 days ago I received a message which just said "Hello" which I sent to "Spam".
Now, just minutes ago, I received a message from the same account offering me $ 500 to $ 1000 to purchase my Shop!!!!
