hi everyone, when customers click on the buy button, the seller asks for an e-mail address, I can't sell like this for every customer, please help.

yaklaşık 2 hafta oldu 6 mesaj aldım ürün satın almak isteyen hepsi de mail istediler hepside de dolandırıcı deyildir sanki...

They ARE fraudulent--all of them if they ask for an email. Etsy has your email already--they do not need to ask. Do not click on any links.  They only want to steal your financial information. They will even send you a fake Etsy page and ask you to sign in. DON'T

you're likely on the radar due to being new. And also, some of the items you are selling do not appear to comply with Etsy's rules. So, shady customers know that they can buy it, say it isn't handmade, and get a refund AND keep the item. If you are using a POD, then you have to fully disclose. Right now, your shop isn't complying with the rules that you agreed to when opening a store. AND you have scammers. Both of these are critical to resolve.

@Former_Member: "I imitate what I have seen from friends who are already selling." Just because someone else is selling something does not make it legal or Etsy legal to do so. If you are using a production partner then you need to disclose that. If you are reselling / drop shipping then that is not allowed on Etsy. A shop located in Turkey that ships from China without the appropriate disclosures is a red flag to the system.
