My store has been placed on forced vacation mode with a message stating that you are verifying the documents I have uploaded. However, I have not uploaded any documents nor have I been asked to provide anything. I also haven’t received any email regarding this matter.
This whole situation is extremely frustrating, and we have no clarity on what’s happening with our store. My entire family relies on this business, and having it put on vacation mode out of nowhere feels like a bomb dropped on our mental health.
Any insights from your experience would be really helpful. Looking forward to your response!
Please don’t do this injustice to small sellers like us. I have seen hundreds of sellers facing the same issue, and there should be a better approach to resolving this.

Can you check your Spam folder in your email? It was a few months ago I received an email stating that they would be checking my details and asking me to make sure everything was correct. It looks like they are doing lots of verifications and apparently even the smallest mistake can trigger a forced vacation.
Have you opened a ticket with Etsy Help to ask for more information and let them know you never received an email?
If you do open a ticket and they give you a canned response, always respond to the SAME ticket stating you need more help. If you open another ticket, you get put to the back of the queue. Or possibly use the Chat function to contact Etsy support
