Need Help- 'Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info'

Woke up to find that my shop has been put in vacation mode with the following message on my dashboard-

'Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.'

I have received no email or any messages to my account about this or what document they require and I can't find a way to contact Etsy.

Any advice from other sellers who have gone through this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you seeing a message on your seller Dashboard? Via browser no app?

Hi Robeon,

I'm facing the exact same situation and was wondering if you could share how long it took for Etsy to resolve your issue. Did they actually reach out for any documents or information, or did they just restore your shop? I haven’t received any email from them yet—not even in my spam folder.

This whole situation is extremely frustrating, and we have no clarity on what’s happening with our store. My entire family relies on this business, and having it put on vacation mode out of nowhere feels like a bomb dropped on our mental health.

Any insights from your experience would be really helpful. Looking forward to your response!

hello, have you managed to fix the issue? My store just got put on vacation mode with no emails from etsy whatsoever

My Store is also on vocation from 27th of Feb'2025 and its still on Vocation even we do not get any email or not even etsy send any required document. 

I also want to tell you this were happen with us from last two months every one or two week my store comes on Vocation Mode and after three four days it start working. 

But this time it is long enough, it is really very frustating because we do not get any answer or any reason for this. 

It is directly impacting our sales but I do not know why do not esty try to resolve the issue. At least they have to tell us the exact reason of it so that we will make changes according to them. 

It is really frustrating.

If any one from etsy or any community members please help us and tell us what we need to do exactly to resolve the issue.
