I am writing once again regarding my Etsy shop, which has been placed in “Vacation Mode” and under review for over one month. During this entire period, I have received no communication or support from your team despite numerous attempts to contact you. I have made multiple attempts to contact Etsy through your Help Center, social media, and community forums, but I have not received any response. This lack of support is causing significant financial losses and reputational damage to my business.

@HMStoreUnitedStates: Unfortunately poor communications by Etsy appears to be more and more prevalent. Are you saying that you have had no indication from them of why Etsy is reviewing your shop?
Anecdotal evidence implies that Etsy is deprioritizing support to shops that are not in compliance with Etsy's rules.
Several things for you to consider - is your shop location accurate? The date format in your banner would indicate you are not in the United States. This discrepancy can cause verification issues.
Do your policies comply with the local laws of everywhere you ship to? This looks like it is becoming an increasing issue.
Are you aware that "You must list all of the people involved in your shop in your About section"? Your about section says "Master craftsmen" but you do not list each and every one of them by name as required. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000336867-How-to-Add-Shop-Member-Roles Etsy seems to be cracking down on these kinds of technical violations.
Hopefully of the Etsy moderators will see your post and forward it on to a specialist team that can resolve this for you.
Thanks For your kind response I didn't receive any email from Etsy regarding which type of verification they are doing Each and everything is good My all previous Order was fulfilled and delivered on time. Now waiting for Etsy for there reply
