Dear Etsy Support,
I am following up regarding my shops, Eveandwilddesigns and Eveandwildco, which were placed in holiday mode for verification on Friday, 13th December. I am pleased to see that Eveandwilddesigns has been reactivated; however, Eveandwildco remains in holiday mode despite the same tax and legal information being submitted for both shops.
As the owner of these stores, I am deeply concerned about the delay in reactivating Eveandwildco. With only one week left to accept and process last-minute Christmas orders, this ongoing issue is severely affecting my sales and livelihood during this critical holiday period.
Please review my submitted information urgently and let me know if anything further is needed to expedite the reactivation of Eveandwildco.
