Upload Government-issued Personal ID - BUT FOR LLC

Etsy is asking me to upload my government ID, but my Etsy shop is operated from my LLC. When prompted to upload this ID, it says the ID should reflect the following:

Legal Name: (my LLC's name)

Date of birth: (my date of birth)

Home Address: (my registered agent's address (my lawyer))

How on earth am I supposed to provide a government ID with this information? I called Etsy support and they just said consult with a lawyer. How is my lawyer supposed to know what Etsy is wanting. 
Does anyone know what they are looking for here? Obviously my government ID doesn't have my LLC's name on it or my registered agent's address. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Add your location in your shop.

Etsy shops are started by individuals so usually a personal ID is used.  That would be either a drivers license, state ID or Passport in the US.

In the tax area is where the LLC information is added.

Is your tax information under a SSN or EIN?  If SSN then Etsy will probably look for a personal ID.

You started your shop at a time when presenting ID was not needed as often or required as it is today.  You started the business on Etsy using your personal name?  Then personal ID.  If you are unsure, send an email to Etsy and ask them or ask them to call you.

BTW I suggest adding your shop policies for the EU/UK and add your about page since you are now on Etsy's radar for other information.

@OceanBreakup: Etsy is not known for clearly defining what they need. But keep in mind that "If you sign up as a business, we’ll need to verify your incorporated business information in addition to your personal identity." per https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001980067-How-to-Verify-Your-Seller-Information-for-Etsy-.... This would seem to apply to LLC, partnerships, etc as that is what most of the applicable laws require.

The solution suggested by some is to combine the scans of all of the various documents (business and personal) into a single document for upload.

I tried that, but whatever you upload has to be a very small file - I made a file with all the docs they could need, then reduced the file size as much as possible and it still wasn't small enough.

well, they made a sale just yesterday, and the original post was a month and a half ago, so I assume they are fixed,

but they may not be a forum regular, 

and ssn's, llc's, and ein's are all USA requirements, and you are in the UK

so best post your own thread, with whether it's nino, utr or VAT you have a problem with

you have to put all documents in 1 pdf file, and just submit the one doc

make sure all the info is filled out first, even phone number
