Etsy randomly deactivated some of our listings
I honestly don't know what is happening with Etsy, this year Etsy deactivated 3 of our listings for violating their Creativity Standards. We have been selling on Etsy for years and follow all of Etsy's rules.
We sell our products on other platforms and also sell wholesale to other shops (allowing them to rebrand them, if they want to).
I know other people are using our images on their websites (whether authorised or unauthorised), and sometimes there is really not much you can do about it. We have had Chinese sellers on Temu and Shein using our images (a customer told us by doing a reverse image search), at least on those platforms you can report IP violations and they take actions (surprisingly within 48 hours). But when small websites do that, there is no way to report them, unless you are willing to hire an IP solicitor.
If you get a such a violation reported on Amazon or other platforms, at least there is an appeal process where you can present your case and get reinstated, but Etsy doesn't offer such a process.
I understand they use AI to detect violations, but they need to have some humans who will look at appeal cases.
I really don't know if Etsy will be the right fit for us long term.

Re: Etsy randomly deactivated some of our listings
I just did a reverse image search of one of your live listings - the heart shape gold earring - and it would be easier to list the sites where it isn’t available than the ones that it is.
You say you make your own stuff, so ok I believe you, thousands wouldn’t, including the Etsy AI, which is what really counts if you want your shop to survive.
Jewellery is an area which does seem more copied than others so you
1) need to learn a lot about DMCA so you can get the copycats taken down
2) need to amass some evidence of you designing and making all the items in case you need to discuss with Etsy at some point. Sometimes they just shut you down without discussion or appeal and the number of shops is down by over 800000 this year
3) Focus your design efforts on originality

It's not going to happen. To put it simply, Etsy can no longer afford to hire humans.
Etsy is "keeping commerce human" with bots now.
