Updating processing times broken

Anyone else having issues with updating their processing times on shipping profiles.

None of my shipping profiles let me save edits.  Exciting.

@AgreeableAgony  Hi, Are you using the New Listing Form? If you are, try switching to the old one. I switched back every time.

If this isn't the problem, are you using the Seller App? If so, try a browser instead.

So far tried:

1. The new listing form
2. The old listing form
3. The direct settings page for shipping profiles separate from listings.
4. Chrome
5. Chrome - incognito
6. Firefox
7.  Opera - a whole nother computer. 
8. The app.

None of them let me save profiles.

Oh boy, sorry about that. That's really weird. I never used Shipping Profiles. Rather, I would put in a Fixed Price, then issue a Partial Refund for shipping overages.

Hope others will jump in.

We used fixed prices within profiles.

Different profile for each weight category we ship.

basically recreating calculated shipping functionality because etsy is way to useless to actually do functional calculated shipping for things like international orders.

I fixed this.  Etsy  was unable to help despite repeated attempts.

The issue is that etsy seems to have stopped allowing the character  <  in shipping profile names.

Through trial and error I discovered this and can now update  my shipping profiles.

Weird and sad that etsy doesnt throw any error and cant resolve this issue with their support team.

I had exactly the same problem and this worked for me, thank you! Just removed < from title.

just to add to this...  I think it's ANY 'special' characters in the title which cause the issue.  I had to remove all <> and / from all profiles.

How effin stupid is this?

They also no longer allow the use of the > symbol.

I have been using < > symbols in my shipping profiles for years since they were offered back when they introduced calculated shipping. I break my profiles into less than 4 pounds and greater than 4 pounds. So now I have to rename my profiles using "over" and "under". No small task since I have approximately 30 of them.

It would really help if these coding geniuses were made to run stores with the crap they produce.

While I am here complaining, they might also make the CUSTOM processing time actually customizable such as 10-14 days or 1-2 weeks.

I updated the shipping profile but the update notice won't go away and I can't edit any of the listings or relist items with that there!
