Updating Information

Etsy sends an email requesting we update our information. Then after entering login information they have a two step verification which sends a code to that email address. In order to retrieve the code I must exit the email and find the new one with the code. Upon returning to the original email they won’t accept the code. ?????

Normally, I'd advise you change your password immediately, but that could muck things up and make it worse, if your email or Etsy was hacked.

Start with that link  - it's from the Help Center, you can look for it yourself "Contact Etsy Support" at the bottom - answer a few screening questions, scroll down and look for "I still need help" - that will get you contact options.

@ByDeborahJordan  It could be legit - but still best to not click links in emails unless you are 100% sure - do you think it was pertaining to this?
