If you have the email that Etsy sends regarding the purchase you can right click on the "send them an email" link at the bottom and the email address will show up.

Bulk "More actions" button is not working. I click to select all my orders, click More actions in order to print them and nothing happens. Chrome on Desktop

Will only let me print one at a time in the order page, too time consuming and i'm going to miss loads of orders today makeing the collection.

It will print if you open the order and do it that way, not using the tab at the top of the orders page, hooray!
Please help with this technical issue. I've refreshed my browser as the Chat Bot suggested but I still can't access my new order More Option or Update Progress or access any of my saved Message snippets.
You're not alone - there are several threads about this. It's obviously an Etsy fault. The "Update Progress", "Snippets" and the customer info drop down box (from their name) all aren't working...
Also, I cannot get the buyer's email address for tracking! Drop down again not working. Managed to print the order as above

Hi! I have the same issue, however, if you click on the right of the order, so it comes up and you can add a private note etc, there is a box there where you can update, complete order etc.

Thank you for the tip - what a relief! - was able to update dispatch details individually (but hope Etsy sort batch "update progress" out soon, it's painfully slow to do them individually!
From my laptop I am having a few glitches. So far this morning I have have two issues with drop down boxes not working. I have a repeat customer, and can't view past orders because the dropdown option that normally works for their screen name on their order does not work. I can work around this, but it should work.
When I went to create a future sale, I could not because when I go to "select listings" the drop down does not work there either. So I can't pick any listing sections for a sale. It would be all listings or none, when I just wanted one on sale because mine ends tomorrow. I know these two things seem silly, but I use them.
