and you cannot move from new into in progress. Anyone else having this issue suddenly today?

Hi! I have the same issue, however, if you click on the right of the order, so it comes up and you can add a private note etc, there is a box there where you can update, complete order etc.

The progress button is not working for me as well.
Thank you for reporting this - I'm having same problem. I also can't access any of my saved messages (snippets) in messaging - the button just isn't working!
I have reported both issues: "Update Progress" and "Saved Replies" buttons not working. Fingers crossed they are both fixed soon.
In case anyone from Etsy is reading this - its happening on the website in both iOs and Windows (my ipad and my laptop)

After taking a look, I believe this would be better handled by one of our specialists. I'm going to send our conversation to them now, though it may take them a bit of time to reply.

Way round it - open the order by clicking on the order number. There's then a dropdown top left that says New - next to More Actions where you might update order delivery etc.
Click the little arrow next to New and it drops down and you can select In Progress.

Yup, me too. I can't access my snippets either or my customer's email address. Worked fine earlier today.
