Update progress button not working on new orders

and you cannot move from new into in progress. Anyone else having this issue suddenly today?

my drop down for saved customer messages I use for all my orders before they ship out is not working this morning. I thought it was weird but now that I see others with the issue, it's just a normal Etsy glitch maybe!

Same for me. I contacted support to let them know and they said "hopefully" someone will get back to me via email (time frame unspecified, as always)

Same issue on Orders and shipping screen - the drop down boxes not working to print out orders in either of my shops.

No dropdowns in any of the menus work. Unable to use on any platform, laptop, phone, tablet - including Opera, Chrome and Edge browsers.

I can print out packing slips but I can't see my repeat customer's previous orders.

I did find a work around for the repeat customers. You can search all orders by customer/username.

I have managed to print orders out through safari instead of Google Chrome. But haven't found a way of changing the delivery option using the drop downs. So frustrating when time is ticking to hit the post

Drop down box to print orders not working

When creating a new sale/discount, the dropdown to select specific shop sections is completely non-functional. This makes it incredibly difficult to set up the sale correctly.

When I select orders to print, the button "more actions" doesn't populate.  Nothing happens, so I can't print orders.  Anyone else have this issue?  Just started this morning.

Yep.  I just posted the same thing.  You can print them individually but not in bulk.

I had the same problem in Chrome so I opened Etsy in Safari and I have managed to print my orders.

I was using Chrome browser so I switched to Firefox and then it worked.
