Help!! I've updated the prices on several items in my shop. My shop page shows the new prices, but NEW buyers going to my page, having never been there before, are still seeing the old prices. I've had them delete their browser cache and restart, with no change. What's going on?
Hello!
Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
Since this thread is indeed a bit older and the information contained here may be outdated, it will now be closed.

Post an example and I will check.
There are numerous threads about this now as many sellers are seeing the same thing in their shops, me being one of them.
You can change the price, and it'll show on the listing mgmt. page, but in the shop front and the item's page the old price stays.
Serious problem, 3 days before forced launch of new listing page.
It's still possible to change it on the old page, but ...
Same here, ended up creating a new listing for a Reserved item when the price wouldn't update on the copied one. Fortunately my customer was very understanding.
Spent 45 minutes on Etsy support this morning about the same issue: they told me that I needed to go back to the OLD a form (the one that disappears in a few days…) and make the changes. I did and the changes stuck. Good thing they are using us to de-bug the new form, huh?
So glad I ran across this thread--I have been puzzling over the same thing. Made my price adjustments in the old form. But what will happen when we can't do that anymore? Yikes.
@soldiersuzanne what a ridiculous response from Etsy Support!
my shop too so i communicate to customer care
There is another workaround that should be good past the 25th - not that we should need one.
Go to listing manager but do not open the listing. Check the little box to the bottom left of the listing. Choose Editing Options > Edit Prices > Set new amount and change from there.
OMG it worked!!! You're better than tech support!!!
Good job, DaysofYoreTreasures! Advice worked and like previous comment... better than the tech support advice I got! Thank you. Hopefully, they will resolve the issue at hand though.

Thank you so much! I did that chat support yesterday and they saw the problem and then told me to use a different browser and to update my cookies.....then they told me etsy support would be emailing me. Well it's been over 24 hours and no email and it was still broken! Now why couldn't they tell me this quick fix? Thanks again!!!
@DaysofYoreTreasures OMG THANK YOU. I have been struggling with being unable to change my "everywhere else" price when the system inevitably reverts it to my domestic price for the last few days and thought I had nowhere else to turn without the old listing form but this actually worked.
It works for me too! Thanks for the tips. It was even more efficient this way.
Yes, I am having the same trouble too. On my listing manager it shows as the price I edited the item I wanted to renew it to, but for customers the old price shows. I just had a sale go through for the wrong price.
I am sorry that happened. Having items sell at a lower than intended price is what makes this a Severity A defect.
I hope the Etsy techs are working on it around the clock.
Yeah, pretty slack. Thank you!
I really hope so too. Fees are such a slug, there really isn't the wriggle room!
See DaysofYoreTreasures Response... It worked!!!
I have had the same problem as well where I adjusted the price and it shows that it has been adjusted in my dashboard and editing page but when I go to my shop's homepage, it does not show any new price changes but still the old one. I have contacted Etsy via telephone and email support about this issue this morning (June 23, 2024). Their chat also appears not to be working as well. The only response is that they do acknowledge this issue and problem and stated that they will have to escalate this to their engineering department. I have requested a reimbursement of some of my listing fees as this is a great inconvenience to members and the sellers who have to pay for renewals. I have also reached out to a few Etsy shops that I know and asked if they could edit their prices and then check against their shop's homepage to which they did and have also reported the same problem. This is clearly not an isolated incident. Hopefully, this can be corrected sooner than later.
Same here. Updated a couple of prices when renewing (one from yesterday and another this morning) which didn't stick or show on the shop page. Going back to the Old Form worked but it goes away tomorrow so hopefully this will be sorted in 24hrs !
My new shop price on an item did not update on shop page. Just when I thought the new listing form could not be any more buggy and tedious here comes a new one.
Same problem here…edited some prices and changes not updated. Change shows on edit page but not in the actual shop’s listing. No access available any longer to the old format as a workaround. I’d suggest taking a screen shot of the Edit page and if your item/s sell for less than than the price you’ve changed it to, put a Etsy Support request through online and attach the screen shot of the edit page and request the difference be paid to your account by Etsy. It’s clearly Etsy’s responsibility, not ours or the customers.
It looks like the problem has been resolved as I was able to edit my price and it showed the proper changes in my shop's homepage.
Hier j'ai pu faire les modifications sans aucun problème. Aujourd'hui de nouveau le problème l'article passe de 1809€ à 1€.
