Update Listings

I've been getting errors when trying to update listings since yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem?

No - I edited a few listings with no problems. Make sure you are using a browser and not the app

Are you using the New Listing Form? Some Sellers are having difficulty doing basic things with it (copy, edit, reactivate listings, etc.). 
If you are trying to Renew Sold an item and are having trouble, try doing it from the Sold Orders page (the gear icon to the Right of the photo).

yes, Ive been experiencing the same issue and I am not able to make any changes or get support for this matter? The message i'm receiving says contact Etsy seller support no one on chat, I've gotten no replies. This is so frustrating

Yes, I haven't been able to renew any listings for at least the last 2 weeks on the new form.  I keep switching to the old one, but today I can't even find where to switch to the old one (they used to have a link at the top of the listing I was trying to renew).  I'm not sure about other changes, but not being able to renew has been worrying.

YES, I've been having this issue off and on for months. I actually like the new listing form, but sometimes it refuses to save simple edits and I have to switch to the old form (which works with no issue). When the old form goes away, I don't know how we'll be able to edit things consistently. (I'm on a PC using the Etsy website with everything up to date)
