Can't edit specific listing - getting "uh oh" error

I'm having problems with one listing. It is active but I can't edit it at all. I'm getting the error on my laptop, the app, and the internet on my phone.

I already went through the chat feature and all of their technical issue suggestions (clearing cache, certain browser, etc.) and am still having issues. I'd just scrap it and start a new one, but it has a best seller badge (and is, by far, my best seller) and tons of reviews and I don't want to lose that. 

It started yesterday when I was editing some variations on my laptop and it wouldn't save my changes. Tried uninstalling the app (thinking it was just interfering or something since I was using it to message people and check orders). Logged out and back in. It ended up saving a few of my changes but not all of them, so now it's kind of stuck. Any ideas?

Yes I am having the same issue! Will not let me add or even alter variations! Just won’t save any and others are saying sold out???  Where can we get help on this?

Is yours only affecting one listing? Or all of them?

I have kind of the same problem. However, for my listing, all of my options are just gone and the article can't be purchased anymore. Not being able to edit the listing to add the options back is kind of frustrating.

This is exactly my problem. It is my #1 selling listing. I am losing sales every day. I can not edit it. I get no help from etsy... Any answers?

Has anyone gotten a TRUE answer about this? All I get is that they are aware and working on it. I found how to go into the "old Version" and open the posting that was "uh-oh" but it has the saved button greyed out and wont update any changes. Its on my bestseller also! WHYYYYY.... Come on!

I had trouble saving listings and many even had an 'update required' notification.  I kept clicking on the red uh-oh box when I tried to save listings and it said something about missing a shipping key.  I fixed my shipping profile; it had lost the designation of who would be the shipping service. Now everything seems to work ok for saving edits and relisting items.
