When I hit save changes I get a message "Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support." Well it keeps happening....
Anybody having this issue and have a fix?
Update, I switched back to the "old" listing flow and the issue disappeared. Solved! Why does Etsy roll out new features that still have bugs???

Slightly unrelated, but does everyone not yet have this new 'listing flow'? Are they only trialing it for now? I still have the old format for listing.
My understanding is that it is being tested. BTW, this conversation only applies to using the website on a browser on a laptop, Etc. not the app or the website on a mobile browser.

It is the form you fill out when making a listing. It is often referred to as the listing flow.
I don't have the new listing platform yet. Etsy likes to prolong the agony by plssing off people in groups instead of all at once.
I have the new listing test they are wanting me to use. But it does not flow or work well. The original listing format is much easier to use and is more organized.
For some reason Etsy has not made an Announcement about the "new listing experience".

I don't have the new experience yet but apparently there is a blue bar at the top to revert to the old format. If you click on that you should get a popup to leave feedback. I urge all members to please, please leave your feedback in the hopes it will be listened to during the trial period.

I got Etsy support call back, she gave me this solution, works!!
@OakPGift Etsy asks that we not resurrect old threads. I see you have responded to several threads that are several months or years old.

@TropigalTeesandMore This is an old thread. You might want to start your own and explain what you are experiencing. I have absolutely no problem with the new template. In fact I prefer it over the old one.
I had the same problem that I couldn't save an edited listing and couldn't renew listings. Turns out that my main shipping profile was missing the shipper's name, once I fixed that, all is good. I can save listings now.
