Last month, I met all the requirements to earn the Star Seller badge (all three badges have a 100% rating), but for some reason, I did not receive the Smooth Dispatch badge.
I contacted support a week ago, and they confirmed that I didn’t receive the Star Seller badge due to an error. They assured me that they would reach out via email once the issue was resolved, but I haven’t heard back from them.
Moreover, I can no longer contact support for any other issues or questions because all my messages are redirected to email, where no one responds.
What should I do? I want to resolve my Star Seller issue and also be able to receive support for other concerns.

Download your order history file and check if there's any order without tracking info there.
Etsy does not fix SS issues even when it is their error. If it was Chat, they told you that to get you to go away.
That's terrible. How can I contact them for other issues then?
I am unsure if there is a limit on how many times you can contact Etsy before they put you in a time out. I'd assume that option will return. You may have lost chat options if you lost SS or have more limited access?? I lost it in another shop of mine because someone left me a 1 star with glowing comments..Love it! I'll be back again! If you don't get a lot of reviews, one 1 star can sink you.
Just checked. That shop with no SS has the chat option. It may be a time zone thing also as your shop is Euro?

I had a couple months last year where my CSV showed no tracking, but there was tracking. I contacted Etsy support via chat and they fixed it, and Star Seller was restored. The chat support team can't fix it right away, but they refer to another team who can.
If you are looking at the stats on the dashboard, those are the running totals for the NEXT month's star chances. Go back to last month's Orders CSV and look for a late dispatch flag. I had one once that was NOT shipped late, you could even see it via the actual orders page and tracking, but for some reason there was a glitch and it said late shipping. Sometimes that occurs when you buy a label elsewhere and forget to enter the tracking until after the shipping deadline has passed. Like you cancel a label and make a new one, the tracking on that first label is used and never updates. If you correct it later..late shipping even if it was not.

I'm still waiting for the email I was promised on Black Friday they said they would send once they fixed the error that crashed the cart when you used the Etsy issued coupon code so that I know it's safe to place an order again.

Thank you so much! I honestly didn’t know that I needed to enter a tracking number—I was just marking the order as complete right after purchase. It would have been much easier if someone from support had explained this in the first message
