Unable to verify business details

After months and more than 5 support requests, of course only by email as I can´t have acces to a support chat, the problem with my business verification hasn´t been solved. A red banner on the top of my Legal and tax information page appears as my account couldn´t be verified but at the bottom, where legal documents are uploaded appears as "verified". My shop was turned into vacation mode as soon as I got my first sale and no change since then (nearly 1 month ago and after contacting support).

How was it resolved finally? Exactly the same issue. Red banner on top of legal and tax info page. My personal id is verified successfully. Shop on vacation mode.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
