Unable to upload ZIP files

All of the sudden, Etsy is not allowing me to upload ZIP files. Is anyone else having this problem???

Does the file size exceed the size limitations.

And are you working from the new listing page or the old one. If you are using the new one, try switching to the old one.

@GroundZeroCreations thank you for answering. It seems like it was a momentary glitch. I tried again after about an hour and it worked.

customer needs to send me svg file in a message - but is getting error.  Can any one help
