I have reached out to Etsy support by chat at least three times in the last three weeks and was told someone would email me regarding this issue and they never did. Now the chat function is disabled. The call back button is disabled. I can't file an appeal because I get an auto message that says there isn't anything to be appealed. I have submitted numerous support tickets over the weeks all with no response. One is even marked as completed though no one has spoken to me and my account is still in forced vacation mode. I have missed out on selling during Black Friday and the entire lead up to Christmas shopping season. I feel completely helpless and totally ignored.
