Shipping
Quick question. I have a customer who ordered an item the day after they placed their first order. I want to add the second item to the first package and ship together without having to purchase a second shipping label. I offer free shipping, so the customer has not been charged twice. There used to be a place on order to add tracking number and just mark item shipped. I can not find this feature. Is it still available?

You can add the same tracking number in both orders

open your order, click complete order and manually added the tracking information

from your computer:
go to your open orders page
click the little round clock looking icon that is below the shipping truck icon
click complete order
on the next page, enter the tracking number
at the bottom of the page click COMPLETE ORDER (this last step is the ACTUAL completion)
that's it! ☺
